Well I'm back! After an eventful and wonderful 3 1/2 weeks away in my hometown, The Doc flew down to pick the Princess and I up where he surprised us with one night on Virgina Beach and the second at this fabulous resort in Ocean City, Maryland. Even though Virgina Beach was terribly cold compared to what you would normally expect and nothing to do because it was the off season, Ocean City made it all up! The weather was perfect and warm and the view from the resort was amazing. It truely was a wonderful anniversery gift :o)
So now I'm back into a semi-normal routine, leaving the Doc by himself left me with an apartment to clean up, tons of laundry to do and refrigerator that had to be stocked. I do have to give him kudos the bedroom and kitchen were clean but even the bathroom was pretty scary.
Classes started up online this last Wed. Panic mode set in yesterday when I had 4 papers to write and get submitted before 12midnight. After hours of work, a break to go play tennis to clear the head for more ideas, at 9pm I submitted the final paper...WHEW talk about needing a double cup of chai, my head was killing me by the time it was over with and that's the problem with pressed deadlines like that.
So I'm off to finish grocery shopping, grab a latte' and get into the grove of things so I can get reorganized again.
